MHSLA Board Procedures The following documents outline the specific procedures, responsibilities and duties of the MHSLA Board. The intended audience are those who hold one of the listed positions and/or those who may be considering participation in MHSLA at the board level. The primary goal is to maintain a continuity of knowledge, challenge methodologies and encourage participation. These are living documents and therefore subject to review and revision.
